hello i have an telephone interview tomorrow for virgin media for a access field tech. i am worried what qestions i will get asked can any one help plz thanks

alot of it will be customer focused questions, like

1. when did you go the extra mile for a customer.
2. name a time when you had good team work.

etc etc

thanks mate i had me interview yesterday seemed to go ok but time will tell do you know how long they take take to get back to you
