VM Installation on thursday

Hi,

so I'm getting virgin media installed on thursday getting the new tiro box and the internet with them with the new super hub.

My question is will the installers install the super hub upstairs instead of in the same room as the tiro box?

Thanks

Hi Xplizit,

The installer would find it easier to place the super hub next to the tivo as the same cable is used for both TV and broadband.

If you want the super hub upstairs to wire directly into a pc then just tell the installer.

One other thing, it's monday and we still have not received a contract to sign and send back

Is this normal? Just don't want it to affect the installation as I have booked the day off work

I wouldn't worry to much about the contract, mine arrived after the installation.

So technically you have no binding contract.

Are you sure ? O k don`t have Super hub but I was told that the one is not connected to the other. In my case the hub is no were near the box.& I can see three cables coming out of the box on the house. One to the first floor ( V+ box) one to the rear (Tivo) & BB to the side of the house.

Contract law recognizes implicit, verbal and electronic contracts. You don't have to have a signed piece of paper to have a valid contract.

Exactly all you need to do is to use and pay for the services provided nothing more.
