Question Swapping Superhub and TiVo

Possibly a stupid question, but here goes. Whilst sitting in my living room contemplating nothing and everything I have decided on a possible alternative layout to my living room (in order to accommodate a 5.1 system). My problem is that the cable to the TiVo will not reach where I intend to locate my telly, however it will reach the Superhub cable. I don't suppose that a straight swap of cables is possible i.e Tivo cable into SH and vice versa?

Please be gentle.

Re: Swapping Superhub and TiVo

Both cables do the same job, so give it a try. A small amount of difference in cable length shouldn't cause a problem.

Re: Swapping Superhub and TiVo

Thank you. However, being slightly pessimistic, has anyone tried/done this?
