extending broadband cable?
Hi all,
My modem cable means my modem is a bit behind the tv cabinet and a bit difficult to reach it for its regular reboot to keep the broadband working. I have upper the connection speed and now getting a hub which would I guess have to then be on the floor behind the tv so signal wouldn't be so good. At the moment I have a router which is on a stand away from the tv.
What would be the best way to extend the cable? Call an engineer out or use an adaptor and another cable? I didn't know if the 2nd option would result in unstable connectivity?
