Install Teams- Scope and Capability
Morning all,

Just a quick query does anyone know if the same installation team(engineer) can install TiVo and a Superhub or is this two visits. ?

No it will be the same engineers, as it would be a waste of time and money for two visits.

Cheers, was not sure if it was two depts. When we had one company do our windows and porch; the porch came from a different depot and was fitted by a totally different team of fitters, the window guys said they never did doors !!

Maybe thats a reflection on the double glazing industry, I hoped VM would be more joined up, looks like they are. Now just got to wait for the next email around April 11th...

devilincarnate is correct, the installs team will be prepared to install any cable products.

It is the same with a multiple fault, the same engineer will check all 3 issues.
