VM outside cable loose and need VM to reattach
The tv/bb cables that was attached to the outside wall by NTL has come loose, I have tried contacting 150 and 151 but that is just a automated service and there is no option to speak to someone to arrange to have the cable re-attached to the wall.

You need to go through and report it as a fault, it is called an Omni box and they will send out an engineer to re attach everything.

I have reported the problem and they tell me there is a £99 call out for some one to re-fix the cable as there it is not affecting my tv/phone/bb!
I am not prepared to pay!

Re: VM outside cable loose and need VM to reattach
I would just get some cable tacks and fix that myself. I think unless the problem is service affecting then you would be charged for the call-out so maybe try fixing yourself, would probably be quicker as well!

As Weesteev says it will be quicker and cheaper to do it yourself.

Speak to Customer Care on 150, not faults (as it isn't service affecting) and they may be able to arrange a free visit.
How long has it been like that?
It would be easy to do yourself though.
