V+ Box delivery

I'm not too sure if this topic fits in this part, so forgive me if so.

My problem is that I upgraded to the V+ box by the Retentions department, she agreed on giving me the box for free and booked a delivery (not a manned install) for today.

Am self employed, took the day off to ensure I would get it. Nothing showed.

I could email them/phone them and have a huge rant, but mostly I'm not too sure if it will make a blind bit of difference.

I'm just wondering what do you think is the next best step? Just wait a few more days to see if anything gets delivered?

Thanks for any advice you can give.

Phone up and check that it was actually ordered is the best bet as they have set the delivery day in order.

I think there has been a bit of a backlog of Self-installs of late. mainly due to the previous bad weather.
