Neighbour left/right have Fibre broadband but I don’t can’t why ?

Hey

Was wondering why I can't get Fiber BroadBand in my area but both my Neighbours left and right are covered. The call center rep really could answer why and it feel abit odd. I would have assumed if the Neighbours left and right of me are covered I would be covered as well.

do you live in a bed sit where you have your own bathroom? or do you share a bathroom? also do you have a seperate access to your flat? sometimes CS are abit iffy when it comes to flats but if you ask them to send a surveyor round, then you will have someone come round from virgin and he will assess the situation and more than likely if both your neighbours have it then im pretty sure he will allow the installation to go ahead
