Postcode Check 500 server error

When using the postcode checker for one of my addresses:

SO173RX, selecting any of the available addresses gives me a 500 server error. I have talked to virgin and they have no idea.

Any clues?

I used to get "Unavailable" but "Congratulations you are in a 100mb area" for the 100mb rollout checker. But now that they are integrated I have this 500 server error

Well I just put your postcode in and it tells me that you do not live far from the Atheist Society, and that the are only six properties with that postcode in your road.

Try another browser as it may be an issue with the one you are using.

You can try IE8, Firefox, Opera, Chrome or even Safari.

500 server error is not a faith or browser based issue. And yes I have tried with multiple browsers.

I was just saying what is close to you with that postcode and it works fine on my machine, so when you called up they should have been able to give you a price for broadband.

Re: Postcode Check 500 server error

Did you click on any of the addresses?

As I can get to the address list, but all the addresses give 500 server error after I select them and click "Check"

I did not click the addresses as you never said above, but when I do I get the 500 server error.

What Customer Services say about ordering a package.
