Question Advice on contacting someone who cares?

Hi, anyone know how to get any service from VM. I have finally been bullied by wife and daughter to up our tv package to XL with V+ box. Applied online and heard nothing. Called to get price details before finally agreeing and again was not called by VM at agreed time. Tried a last time via the web and this time got email back to say they could not contact me to take the agreed £99 to allow them to proceed. I phoned again to be put through to someone with a rather poor grasp of english who confirmed their was a note on my account of my contact but after 20 mins of confusion I gave up.

Help please,

Niall.

Dial 150 from your VM landline and go to the 'thinking of leaving us' option. Retentions seem much better at helping with this sort of problem.

Legend has it that phoning (150) as early as possible (8am) will snag you a UK operative to speak to (this works with British Gas and others also).
There's still no guarantee of a resolution, but at least they may understand what you're talking about.
