Self install delivery info?

Hey there my first post so hi everyone

I was just wondering what time the self install deliverys are on weekdays? i ordered the XL TV package and phone line but since we already have VM for broadband the easier and faster option was the quick install where i assumed they sent the equipment via courier and i set it up myself? This was confirmed last week when i received the email stating i would receive my packate today between "ALLDAY". and as it is now 5pm i was wondering if it wont be arriving today afterall? Was really looking forward to all those new channels tonight aswell, not to mention the day i took off works to ensure there was someone in to sign for it

I think it's up to 6pm. You should have got a UPS tracking number in a text message that you can use to track your parcel online

hmmm no not received any tracking code or anything apart from the confirmation email...

Wife just phoned them up they said he thinks they deliver until 9 and its not UPS, she couldnt remember which courrier he said but it began with a C, K or Q and was a word rather than initials lmao....shes useless sometimes

Yes mate i got it the next day, they said they attempted to deliver it at 2:30pm and nobody answered the door. I was sat next to the living room window for 95% of the day waiting so i strongly doubt that was the case. I got it the next day anyway so not overly bothered....It was UPS though.
