Hello everyone, I have had Virgin broadband and telephone installed.Everything seems fine ....except the Mrs aint happy with the black dual cable running a short distance along the front of our white house
Does anyone know if you can get this cable in white and if so where from.
Thank you all in anticipation

Welcome to cable forum dmcwe, wouldnt it be easier if its just a short piece of cable on white background to just paint it?

Unfortunately, you aren't supposed to replace that cable. As suggested above, why not paint it white?

Re: dual core cable
Most white cable is meant for internal purposes so you'd need to check, and you're not allowed to touch any of the wiring on VM's side of your connection anyway.

It's called Siamese cable & is designed for use outside with a maximum of 3 feet indoors due to the water proof gel inside.
You cannot get white Siamese for external use,the only white Siamese you can get is used mostly in blocks of flats where all the connections run from a internal DP to a flat thru conduit or cielings.I dont think you can get it rom anywhere, even when I was an NTL installer,we could not get it (would've been ideal for internal cable runs,so much quicker than running 2 seperate cables!) for love nor money.
As zeph stated you are not allowed to touch it yourself,I would get the crew back to re-run it either by moving it to floor level & putting a cement fillet over it or to bury it under the flags or by cutting a track in the concrete & filling in,all along the front of the house...(sorry but I dont know what the run looks like so I've given you some options)
Or you could paint it.

Re: dual core cable
I have white cable on the side of my house. NTL fitted it about 5 years ago. Seems to be good quality.

Re: dual core cable
You can use White RG6 CATV,normally for internal use, externally but not telco as it is not flooded or solid core like CATV
