Not really sure which forum this belongs, but.....
There is a grey box on the outside of the house where the cables go through to the inside, approx 8 inch by 5 inch. Any way, the cover is now missing, either nicked or fell off and blown away, not sure. I've made a temporary cover, but want to know where to get a new one.
I've thought of phoning up Virgin but thought there might be an easier route - any ideas?
