New V+ box "Please wait, loading data"
Okay... so the previous (2) V+boxes stopped working with VOD. Engineer came today. Switched the smartCard. No luck. Switched to a new 3rd box. No luck. Had various "hits" sent to the box. No luck. No he has left as he can't figure it out (!!) and I am left with no TV service - the V+ simple shows the (old) Telewest Broadband logo and the helpful message "Please wait, loading data" after booting up. Apparently, technical engineer will call me back to explain what they are going to do next - when I asked when that would be, they could not say, but said it'd be "as soon as possible, hopefully"...
Been in to the diagnostic screen and the box has no IP/DHCP connection details.
