I'm having Virgin BB installed tomorrow morning AM between 8am and 1pm, will the install team phone prior to them coming or will they just turn up? I'm not planning on going anywhere after 8am or before 1pm.
In my experience, they just turn up. Also in my experience they always have turned up between the prescribed hours (though not always with the correc t equipment or tools)
