Broadband Order

Morning,

Just had a phone call from my dad to say he has a letter from VM to saying thank-you for ordering broadband - an engineer will be round to install the service.

He's not ordered broadband and would have no idea even how to use a PC!

Anybody here at VM able to look up on the VM system to see what's going on?

I have some details that will identify him as the customer - so probably best if that's done via PM.

Anybody?

He's already tried - on hold for 40 mins - hung up - fed up with waiting...

Thanks for being so helpful W&C. Perhaps I should just let them waste their time....in the mean time somebody who actually wants VM broadband has to wait a bit longer...

So much for trying to do the right thing...

He could try ringing again or maybe a helpfull person here would look into it for him which is what you wanted in the first place lol

Indeed Jules - I told him to try again this afternoon - but I thought I'd try the helpful VM people here as well!
