VM are coming to install.

Broadband in ATTIC
Phone in Kitchen
TV in Cellar

Do tehey make a mess. How is the wiring. ??????? Any other indo on installers?

Do VM know of your installation requirements as it's not exactly standard? As to mess it depends on the installer but if you are nice to them and offer biscuits they often make sure they tidy up there mess lol

OK.

What exactly do they do in the installation?

How do they install cables. How is the phone done. I have 2 phoone on upstais and one in the kitchen? Do they do anywork out side?

Most of the 'hows' will depend largely on what the engineer finds when he arrives.

So long as they know what they are installing, and where (ie. you have told them when you booked the call), there shouldn't be any problems.

I would imagine that they will have to run cables up some of your exterior walls, but that's only guesswork - like I say, it'll mainly be up to the engineer on the day.
