I am new to this forum and i hope that someone may have the answer to my friends dilemma.
I have been trying to install Virgin media broadband on her Dell Dimension pc running Windows Vista.
When it goes through the cd install proceedure it then says no ethernet card but in device manager its there.
So i called DEll tech support who went through their process with me and said that the pc is fine and to contact Virgin Media.
This was were everyone started passing the buck so has anyone had this problem and what can i do for Angela to get her going.
