Can i Know if my house has a Cable connection?

Hey ya,
We moved to a new house and i found two cables there. there is one cable coming from the dish which i attached to my free view TV and the other cable is still there. can anybody tell me if it is an ntl cable? if it is then its easy for me to get ntl services at this house. i tried to find out on net but haven't get any information except this ntl is available in my area.
Hope somebosy can help me in this.

Re: Can i Know if my house has a Cable connection?

Even if the wire you have found is a cable one, you'll still need to get the Set Top Box (for TV) or modem (for broadband) installed by Virgin Media. The cable needed fro that will be installed by the Cable Co as part of the installation process if it isn't there, or up to the mark.

All you need to be certain of is you are in a cable service area.
