Installation, username and PIN

I have been given an installation date of tomorrow Friday 23rd February and so far I have only received the information pack. I am still awaiting the letter with my username, PIN etc.

How will the engineer be able to test the internet connection if I do not have this information?

Will the engineer have this information and, if not, will be be able to get it by phone once he is here?

The engineer can get them on the day if they dont arrive before .
The user name will stay the same but the password will be reset and given to the tech ,you change it when you first log in for security purposes.
The PIN will be given to you aswell but if you want to change it to something else you can in the settings.
