I have been trying to phone numbers using the 09012 prefix (on an ntl phone).
All I get (half way through phoning) is a single tone.
Is there anyway I can enable usage of this number??
Premium rate barring is active on your line. You need to disable it using the PIN you set when activating the service. If you never asked for the service, call Customer Services on 0800 052 2000 (Option 5) tomorrow after 8am and they can turn it off.
