voicemail questions
i use the freebie version and now and then when the phone rings,the voicemail cuts in after a cuple of rings.also i noticed yesterday that my stored messages are no longer there.are they permanantly stored or deleted after so long?

My mum has trouble contacting me from her BT phone, the answer phone kicks in after two rings her end, i hear nothing.
