Phone line fault.. no idea what though..

Hi,

just heard about the new ability to do self tests here,

https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status/

run the phone test, and it said:

"Your test results

We found a problem with your services

To get it sorted, we need to send an engineer to your home.

What happens now?

Please click the button below to book your engineer appointment online now. It'll take just a couple of minutes and you can choose a time that's convenient for you.

If your problem is sorted before your appointment date, please do remember to cancel it. And just to let you know, there may be a charge if the problem is caused by any equipment not supplied by us, so it's a good idea to check this before you book."

No idea what the fault could be, seems to be working fine, but booked an engineer anyway as im guessing if there was not a fault it would not be telling me there is...so will see what they say when they come down maybe its some kind of problem outside somewhere.
