New instal connection not working!!!

Hi,

I have just had a new landline installed with TV and net , every thing is working okay apart from the phone.... we have plugged in new phones which is talk talk 3023 model, do you know if you have to wait for it to be charged as there is no dial tone and does not ring through... thanks.

I'm not familiar with this model, but I'd suggest first trying a simple line-powered phone (i.e. not a cordless) plugged straight into the VM phone socket.

Always a good idea to have one of these on your system - still works in a power cut
