0800 561 0061 free to call ?

so i had a problem last night wit my broadband service. It went off at bout 9:30pm (It got fixed 2day around 9:40am)

so i called the "Service Status" number on back of my bill a few times


"Service Status 0800 561 0061
A free recorded message will let you know of any network issues in your area"



I jus wanted make sure if the "0800 561 0061" number was free to call.

Yes any number beginning with 0800 is a freephone number from landlines but NOT mobile phones generally.
