When someone calls our number our phone rings once then stops but to the caller it rings and rings and rings! I bought new phone but same problem. We can make outgoing calls OK. Have tried unplugging cordless phone but it still happens with corded phone. When we first switched to Virgin it all worked fine, it has only been happening for last few weeks. Any ideas?

Sounds like a ring trip fault in the DP. You'll need to report it to VM on 151. An engineer will need to be booked.
