0845 and 0870 calls and Phone Review customers

contains Residential tariffs and Residential tariffs for phone review
customers. The former shows that 0845 calls cost 10.22p per minute with a connect charge of 11p. The latter mentions Talk 08 plans costing £2 and
£5 per month that give 250 free minutes for 0845 calls to phone review customers.

But , what is a 'Review customer'?

So it would appear a review-customer is a phone customer that stays on the Talk 08 for at least 30 days. Isn't this actually true for any VM phone customer?

A review customer is one who has been contacted by Customer loyalty and offered this package specifically. The 30 day terms relates to how long you have to keep the tariff as a minimum.
