Hello there, how ye all doing?

Was on the blower there to BT to get my name removed from their online phonebook but apparently they cant do it (stupid i know)...! I have to call my service provider and ask them to remove it; i've tried the 150 number but none of the options really apply- any ideas? How do the rest of you go about containing your mystique? Cheers.

Go through to any customer service option e.g billing. They can do it for you
