Help with Virgin Media (calls from asia)

Anyone know why this is happening

VM Land line wont connect a call, 2 weeks ago i had them but then the person got through on my mobile eventually (They are from Dubai).

They were ment to be phoning me this week and appear to be but same problme the call cuts as i answer it.

dont want to wait and see if they will try my mobile again just in case they dont- its for a job out there had the inteverview just waiting for a follow up call

Phoned VM and there seams to be no barring on the line

is there anything i can do

Can you call that number ok? If you can then the fault is with the callers provider and they need to report that they can't call you to them.
