Phone charges at the weekend and after 6pm

Hi all

I was on 3 for £30 and that ended a few months ago.

I have noticed recently that my phone bill has increased dramatically (well from £4 a month to nearly £20).

I am a little confused because I thought after 6 and at weekends landline calls were free? Am I wrong?

On my bill I am now charged for weekend calls and after 6pm.

I also note that the number of calls made has shot up alarmingly also so I asked for a breakdown but will be charged £4.

Any help appreciated.

only if you are on Talk Evenings and Weekends which is 3.45 is that the case

If you are on the 4p Plan/Off Peak then all evening landline and weekend calls cost money. On TW you get weekend calls included

In November the connection charge went from 6p to 7 and the per minute rate for chargeable landline calls on TW, TEW and TU went to 3.25p
