No, the sign is legit. I have seen several in Florida along the I-4. You can't see it on that photo, but they usual have wide white lines going across the road to help gauge cars' speeds. Furthermore sometimes signs get bent, twisted, moved. The ground is sand, not clay which doesn't help, especially when hurricanes come.

Edit: The Apache in the bushes is a photoshop, but I never said wasn't, only the sign is genuine.
