The senate took lokng enough to ok funding for a mission in 2006 Link, there is no guarantee of funding for 2007 which means Hubble may not last long past the end of 2013. It's already been in use for much longer than expected and unless it receives funding for future repairs Hubble will be out of action after 2013 I'm afraid
