You could say that about most things - I don't cycle, why should my taxes pay for cycle lanes - I haven't been to the hospital for ages, why should I pay for other people to go?

I don't see anything wrong with father getting paternity leave - if anything it should be encouraged, to try and get rid of the old 'hands off' father model that most people 20 years ago had
