I get most of my material (I feel a copyright breathing down my neck here!
) from all sorts of places (we have to keep this family channel clean, don't we!). But to be truthful, I have been skidding around all sorts of places (URL's) since early 1996.
God, that was a long time ago, and at that time it was Telecentral, and they charged £12.99 pm for their ISP
plus dial up charges (no freebies then) which were the basic 3-2-1 we have now! Get your email and get straight off type thing! They were based in Cardiff or Swansea and I believe they are still there!
No, there were lots of free software sites (not anymore though) and places like that, where you can get this stuff. A couple of friends of mine have relatives in IT and that sort of thing and they pick up loads of little snippets here and there, and it usually ends up with me, and I pick out the best and string it together.
