Hmm, not so sure about that - Phoned techincal support, they told me it's because Broadband Plus wasn't set up on my account for the new box, and I needed to speak to Customer Services. Got transfered - told CS, and they were like, well, you just need to sign up again!
I know it's based on the MAC address of the box, that's blatantly obvious - so why they won't just change it (and also why the didn't do it in the 1st place when the box was changed) is a mystery to me....
