I have not yet tried it in Safe mode, but i disabled all the start up programs in MSCONFIG, still happens from there.

I forgot to mention, that when Internet activity is stopped, and a virus scan is completed, it does not see, or can not find any virus'. As soon as I turn on my internet connection, it detects it straight away.

the registry will not open either. i manually have to browse to the folder and open it up from there.
Task Manager will not open at all, but I downloaded a program that lets me see which process' are running, and there is all these mad programs, that I never even heard of.
