I tried to exlain this to the "STUPID" operater who tried to tell me that the modem wasnt broken. I said listen mate the modem is broken i have just broken it myself by accident. He then told me that tech support would contact me within the next 48 hours. ! week later and still no reply. i got my modem and soldering iron out and fixed it myself from which now is working ok but still has the disconecting problem. I never had this before they upgraded the speed. Everyday i have to reset the modem at least twice to get it to work for a while. Thats the reason i am going to get a new modem.

Well, make sure you get the modem from ntl. If you get a modem from anywhere else (even a hookie ntl one from ebay etc), IT WILL NOT WORK ON YOUR BB ACCOUNT.
