I certainly won't be. MY NTL service has gone down I think once in 2 years.

A BTOpenworld account I have experience of, goes down completely once every 1-2 weeks. And every other day, or occaisonally two, you have to disconnect and reconnect to get the service backs. Disgraceful reliability.
