My grandaughter is on holiday and sent us a text message to our NTL landline. She started and ended the message with a long line of X's (kisses). When we answered the call it just sounded like someone saying sex, sex, sex over and over. We were just about to hang up when it changed to "hi grandma and grandpa".

Same happened with the call I just mentioned. Orange mobile to NTL landline, where and how does BT come in?
