Of course it'd be cost effective - if they charged the right price!

Fine. I'm on 1Mbps and downloaded 35GB in the month of May. That's not cost effective for NTL, I'm sure.

So. Charge me £25 a month for unlimited 1Mbps. I'd be happy with that.

They're just not offering the services to keep the customers at the moment.
