One of the big problems is communication between the departments within NTL.One of the guys last week had 2 x 2man full installs in one day! Bucause he was routed those 2 jobs & the time he 'wasted' sorting out someone elses **** **, he lost money as he was'nt able to complete the required number of jobs to get his bonus.

The contractors are,on average,going out with between 6 to 9 jobs a day!A job can take 20 minutes or 2 hours & as the company seem to be getting more focused on figures & performance league tables,the stress 7 pressure on you to acheive tose daily targets is higher than before.
In my opinion,the company seem to be losing the focus on the customer in favore of the figures.
