Re: McAfee Blunder?

Sounds a bit like service I received from a Cable operator a few months back

ME: "Hello, I'd like Broadband please....."
CSR: "Sorry sir, we don't supply an Cable services to your address and aren't able to....."
ME: "But there are boxes on the walls for a Broadband connection and they have <insert a well known Cable company name here> on them....."
CSR: "Sorry sir, we don't supply an Cable services to your address and aren't able to....."
ME: "But I've got one of your <insert a certain grassy colour here> service boxes outside right next to the flat....."
CSR: "Sorry sir, we don't supply an Cable services to your address and aren't able to....."
ME: <Hangs up in disgust>
ME: <Calls back>
ME: "Hello, I'd like Broadband please....."
CSR: "Certainly sir, when would you like it installed?"
