Hi,

What they have done is stored my Partners Debit card details on their System, as i used to give her the money to pay into her bank account to pay the NTL Bill
then i would phone NTL and pay for the service and then she would have to confirm that she was the Account holder and the card holder of the bank account.

But Ntl decided to take Ã‚Â£120 from her bank account with no permission whatsoever from my partner....but she incurred alot of bank charges due to NTL unlawfully taking money from the account, and yes we do have a letter in black and white from NTL stating this also.

That is why our Solicitor as taken the case onboard... and to put you right there is a such thing as a Communications Agency where do you think the wireless and Telegraphy act of 1974 comes from....sorry if i sound Ignorant but i don't mean to be i am just a normal straight and blunt talking person....and by the way the communications agency does exist, i do not know you but should you happen to know any Licenced radio amatuers they will back up my clain that the communications agency exsists.

Not Angry not shooting from the hip...but my argument is why when i was with NTL and paid my bill every month that they should take money from my partners bank account unlawfully.

And to back up my claim we even got it in black and white from NTL stating the facts of which i have posted on this Forum.

Plus even being a new member or an old member i have the right to say what i feel i do belive that's what this website is about is it not.

Don't be sympathetic because this is a disease it's self, but if you read the thread properly and the replies i have written you will see that i am justified in the statement that i am making. Plus the fact i did state in my thread to start this forum, that i am interested in people in the same boat as me....and the replies i have had up to yet must be from Exsisting NTL Customers.

To put it straight how would you feel if i took money from all the Bank Accounts form the people in this Thread including yours.
