Eset Nod32 support
Is fantastic.
Had an error message about a trojan that Nod32 couldn't remove.Contacted Eset on.their website.Within 10 minutes got an email asking for a number.Within 15 minutes of them phoning they had set up remote control and removed the trojan..
Fabulous service.

Re: Eset Nod32 support
That's impressive. I'm tempted to give them a spin for my 'business' machine.

Re: Eset Nod32 support
Never had any issues with them.
Nod32 is very light on system resources and I've always been happy with it.

I know I can turn Windows' firewall off, but then I've got to mess about with configuring everything I've let have access before...

Re: Eset Nod32 support
I've never installed the suite, nod32 av only. not sure whether you can opt to disable or not install the firewall during install or just disable it when its installed. make sure you check your windows firewall hasn't been turned off though.

Re: Eset Nod32 support
ESET is a pukka product. I use it at home and we use it at our work. Can't really fault it at all.
