VM scam email

Just received a email from VM to say
Dear Virgin Media customer,

We are upgrading our database, Please update your profile .

You can access your profile at ------------------

Thank you for using Virgin Media

When I clicked on the link ( that I have removed ) I had a load of Russian writing come up .
Be careful looks like some ones scamming.
