Set up for Windows 7

Just wondering what AV and firewall are people using with Win7, I installed it last night and it great just wondering whats the best firewall and AV.

I'm using Kaspersky Internet Security 2010. It is a tiny bit slow but is a known problem to be sorted out. Still not bad as I got it free.
