Unlikely. It would take a fair amount of messing round to get this usuake on an enterprise level.
Let me explain that. A smaller company might use something like this, but they'd need to query the event log of each machine. You'd either need to do this manually or you could (assuming you had the know how), query the event log of all the machines remotely. Something which your average small company is unlikely to have the expertise required to do.
A larger enterprise, which may well have the expertise, may well they'd buy some sort of server-based corporate security system, or just lock the PCs down so the users can't run any unauthorised processes. Something like
