Need help with Virgin Media PCGuard

Hello, im currently with Virgin Media 10MB connection and am using the latest Virgin Media PC Guard Total but ever since there last update I have been having many problems trying to connect to game servers on games such as Team Fortress 2. I load up the game and everything works fine and then i go to find a server and none appear. I then disable the firewall and the servers start appearing. I try to connect to them but it says Server not Responding. I then have to disable the anti-virus to actually be able to connect to the server and play normally.

Is there anyway I can connect to the servers without having to turn off the firewall or anti-virus. I don't want to be vulnerable to viruses and trojans etc..

Thanks

Welcome to the forum

Can you do firewall exceptions?? If so then add the game executable to the list..

Re: Need help with Virgin Media PCGuard

well according to PCGuard the executable is being allowed.

I have just noticed that when the game is trying to find servers with the firewall on it keeps listing a lot of blocked packets, how can i unlock them all?
