Radialpoint Sec. Suite 8.0

CURRENT ISSUE: Finally installed ver. 8.0 supplied by my ISP. [SIZE="2(Please read short story below about earlier ver 6.0)[/SIZE]

Running Vista Home Premium Sp1 (with latest build) It seems that new Sec programs freezes up the computer sometimes. Last time when a quick scan on spyware was running.

The old ver. 6.0 had been running for 10 months with no problem then in Nov/08 Microsoft updated Vista with a fix that made their UAC completely operationnal on my machine. I've been left there out in the cold for 9 months by my ISP even though Radialpoint released ver. 8.0 in feb/09 !

I've tried everyway to have them help me and it seems that nobody at the ISP knows really down deep how this Security suite is working. So Radialpoint should provide to us, the consumers (the real clients), the support directly.

OK what can be done here on my "freezing problem". Will SP2 be of any help, because I am eally up to date with every fix available on SP1?
