PC Guard Total or Renew McAfee

What are peoples thoughts on PC Guard Total? As an L customer I am entitled to the full suite or would I be better renewing my McAfee Total Protection for another year?

Avast is OK but I prefer AVG.

And also one of the most problematic AV programs after Norton. VM from one peice of bloatware to another lol lol

How do you rate Microsoft Security Essentials then. I am trying the beta version and it seems a basic package but has no email scanner.
